U kunt zelf veel doen om uw hartfalen en eventuele andere medische aandoeningen onder controle te houden.<\/p>\n<p>Naast het volgen van de behandeling die uw arts of hartfalenverpleegkundige heeft geadviseerd, moet u wellicht andere aspecten van uw leefstijl aanpassen, zoals voeding, lichaamsbeweging, roken en alcoholgebruik, om zoveel mogelijk baat van uw behandeling te hebben.
