Due to recent medical advances and improvements, these surgeries are widely performed.<\/p>\n<h2>Surgery and other interventions<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on the cause of heart failure or other heart conditions, it may be necessary for a person to undergo heart surgery. Surgical options include coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement or valve reconstruction surgery, and heart transplantation. Due to recent medical advances and technical improvements, these surgeries are now often a treatment option depending on the cause of your heart failure and are widely performed.
