It can be experienced as discomfort, pressure, gas, or a burning or aching feeling.<\/p>\n<p>Chest pain should ALWAYS be treated as serious as it could indicate a worsening of your heart failure,\u00a0<a class=\"addtooltip\" title=\"Pain or discomfort in the chest as a result of reduced blood supply to a part of the heart muscle. It is usually caused by coronary artery disease. \"><strong>angina<\/strong><\/a> or a <a class=\"addtooltip\" title=\"Damage that happens to the heart muscle when a coronary artery becomes blocked and blood flow to a part of the muscle is severely reduced or stopped. \"><strong>heart attack<\/strong><\/a>. You should sit or lie down immediately and rest.<\/p>\n<p>If you experience chest discomfort or pain that lasts for more than 15 minutes or is not relieved by rest or\u00a0<a class=\"addtooltip\" title=\"A medicine used to treat episodes of angina. It is usually administered under the tongue as tablets, sprays or patches.
